SiliconEV currently ships products within India only, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

All orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

All shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation or checkout.
Any additional charges such as handling, insurance (if opted), or special delivery requests will also be borne by the buyer.

Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

The risk associated with the product transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier or logistics partner.
SiliconEV shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or delay after shipping has been initiated.

Where available, shipment tracking details will be shared with the buyer after dispatch.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Any costs arising due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or re-shipment shall be borne by the buyer.

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

Refuse delivery, or
Report the issue immediately to the courier partner and inform SiliconEV within 24 hours of receipt.
